South Hutchinson Island

This barrier island divides the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon. Featuring beach side homes and condominiums, the island is perfect for anyone wanting a relaxed lifestyle along beautiful pristine beaches. Of special interest on the island are The Elliott Museum which has significant collections of classic cars, trucks, bicycles and boats and the second largest collection of baseball cards outside of Cooperstown. Also part of the Elliott Museum is the nearby last remaining House of Refuge in the country and The Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center which offers educational programs to people of all ages and conducts research and restoration programs that lead to healthy coastal ecosystems.

Jensen Beach

This casual, coastal community combines excellent fishing and pristine beaches with quaint downtown restaurants and shops. Traditional neighborhoods mix with planned communities and condominiums. Nestled along the shores of the Indian River, Jensen Beach was once the "Pineapple Capital of the World” and was noted for its numerous pineapple plantations. Noted for it’s annual Pineapple Festival every November, the downtown area bustles with community events and entertainment. The area is also known for the fabulous Indian Riverside Park which features the Mansion at Tuckahoe, the U.S. Sailing Center, The Children’s Museum, an interactive water play area, picnic tables and much more.


The City of Stuart, located along the shores of the St. Lucie River, features single family homes in traditional neighborhoods as well as planned communities. Downtown Stuart offers restaurants, boutiques and the intimate Lyric Theater featuring entertainment ranging from celebrity appearances to local performances. Nearby Sewall’s Point is located on a narrow penninsula jutting south towards the St. Lucie Inlet. The area features the Indian River Lagoon on the east side of the penninsula and the St. Lucie River on the west side. Custom homes and estates, quiet tree-lined streets and a waterfront lifestyle.

Palm City

Located west of Stuart across the St. Lucie River, you will find the community of Palm City. Housing options range from gated communites (many with golf courses) to 5 acre “ranchettes” and equestrian facilities. This area provides quick access to Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike, making it an ideal choice for families who want to live in Martin County but work in surrounding counties.

Port Salerno

The Port Salerno area of Stuart features waterfront homes in the Rocky Point area as well as condominium communities. The area was a former commercial fishing village and features waterfront restaurants, marinas and quick access to the St. Lucie Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean.

Hobe Sound

This quaint area, located at the south end of Martin County, includes the popular Jonathan Dickinson State Park, popular eatery Harry and The Natives and Jupiter Island.


Located at the western edge of Martin County, near Lake Okeechobee, the rural setting of Indiantown includes the historic Seminole Inn, equestrian communities and quiet country lifestyle.
